We wish to appoint a practice to provide advice on the business plan and delivery structure required to ensure the project successfully meets their aims. They also require advice regarding the planning and economic impacts of the development to maximise the project’s success. A key aspect of the advice is regarding the ERDF funding which is key to development to taking place.
