Tender Details

We wish to appoint an Architectural Practice to develop the existing design with the aim of achieving building regulations approvals, continuing development through tender stage, inspecting progress of the works during construction and producing as built information. The Architectural Practice will be novated to the Design & Build contractor after tender stage.
